Welcome to our waxing and pampering service. These Terms & Policies are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and relaxing experience for every client. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following.

1. Appointments & Bookings

We may collect the following types of information:

  • All services are by appointment only.
  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via direct message.
  • A valid contact number and email are required for booking confirmation.
  • We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to allow time to relax and complete any necessary forms.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • We understand that life happens — please be mindful of our time.
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows may be charged 100% of the service fee and may require pre-payment for future bookings.Improve our website, services, and overall customer experience

3. Late Arrivals

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect other clients’ appointments.
  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show.

4. Health, Safety & Client Responsibility

  • Your safety is our priority.
  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, pregnancy, medications (including Retin-A, Accutane, antibiotics) or recent cosmetic treatments.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is unsafe or inappropriate for your skin.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information.

5. Your Rights and Choices

  • Hygiene & Studio Etiquette
  • We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Please arrive freshly showered for intimate waxing services.
  • Children, pets, and additional guests are not permitted in the treatment room unless previously approved.

6. Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with proper notice.
  • Accepted payment methods will be displayed at time of booking.

7. Refunds & Service Satisfaction

  • Due to the nature of personal care services, all sales are final.
  • If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us before leaving so we can address your concerns.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Your privacy matters to us.
  • Personal information collected is used only for booking, communication, and service delivery.
  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
  • Client records are kept confidential and secure.

9. Photography & Social Media

  • Photos or videos are only taken with your consent.
  • You may opt out of social media content at any time.

10. Professional Boundaries

Our studio is a safe, respectful space.

  • Inappropriate behaviour, language, or harassment will result in immediate termination of the service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these policies.
